Despite COVID-19, Badminton New Zealand has continued to make massive strides with its work toward achieving gender equity, announcing it had reached the government 40% gender equity target during lockdown, with the appointment of Christina.
Joe and Christina talked to us about their COVID-19 journey, the sport’s diverse participant base and the need for Boards to be representative of those they represent.
