In the early hours of Friday morning New Zealand time, the joint New Zealand and Australia bid to host the 2023 FIFA Women’s Football World Cup was announced as being successful. Johanna talks to us about that tense moment of decision, what the bid process has been like, her role as President and the impacts of COVID-19 on football here and abroad.
